By accessing or using AI24X Markets ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AI24X Markets provides delayed market data, charts, technical indicators, AI-generated commentary, and optional subscription plans. Data is provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not investment advice

The Service does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Charts, indicators, signals, and AI commentary are educational tools. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Market data may be delayed at least 15 minutes.

4. Accounts

• You may need an account for certain features (AI Briefs, watchlist, subscriptions).
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

5. Subscriptions & payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance as described on the pricing page.
• Prices are displayed at the time of purchase; payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal).
• Refund policy: Unused subscription refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-harvest data without permission; reverse-engineer the Service; use the Service to violate any law; interfere with or disrupt the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that data is accurate, complete, or timely, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI24X and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
